About SingTel Web Services
SingTel exposes a set of web services that offer a mixture of telecom and marketplace
capabilities, typically for communication between your application servers
to our infrastructure servers.

NDP is currently not available as a public service (in other words it's been in perpetual private alpha, kinda). We are working on making this generally available soon. Currently, only specific SingTel technology partners are using this service.
In the mean time, if you're looking for SMS API products, SingTel provids two services: sendQuick (for simple quick and easy, low volume) and BizLive SMS (higher volume). If you're from the government / MNCs, our sister company NCS also provides customization services that includes such services within their solution for you.

Web Service Emulators
To develop your application againsts our APIs, all you need is to get an approval using your SiX account.
The access will be to an emulated version of the delivery platforms. For example, when calling the Send SMS API, you will receive an email instead of getting an actual SMS.
The purpose of these emulators is for you to better understand our underlying capabilities to build applications that exploit these capabilities to create meaningful and useful applications.
