SingTel exposes a set of web services that offer a mixture of telecom and marketplace
capabilities, typically for communication between your application servers
to our infrastructure servers.
Currently Available Web Services
Network Delivery Platform (NDP)
NDP is a web-based platform to access the network services provided by SingTel.
Launched interfaces

NDP is currently not available as a public service (in other words it's been in perpetual private alpha, kinda). We are working on making this generally available soon. Currently, only specific SingTel technology partners are using this service.
In the mean time, if you're looking for SMS API products, SingTel provids two services: sendQuick (for simple quick and easy, low volume) and BizLive SMS (higher volume). If you're from the government / MNCs, our sister company NCS also provides customization services that includes such services within their solution for you.
SaaS Delivery Platform (SDP)
SDP is a web-based platform to provide a single sign on and user management services to SingTel SaaS customers on myBusiness.

Web Service Emulators
To develop your application againsts our APIs, all you need is to get an approval using your SiX account.
The access will be to an emulated version of the delivery platforms. For example, when calling the Send SMS API, you will receive an email instead of getting an actual SMS.
The purpose of these emulators is for you to better understand our underlying capabilities to build applications that exploit these capabilities to create meaningful and useful applications.
Getting Started:
- Login to six.sg,
- Click on the SingTel Web Services on the right,
- Under the relevant section (SDP/NDP) on the right, click on Request Access, and
- Agree to our T&Cs
to get started. Please note that at the present moment, we do need to qualify you prior to granting access.
